First time do the Wu Qin Xi, seen interesting plus very tiring. After going back, body aching. It seen i been long time never do exercise.

Did Wu Qin Xi x2. today.. The cycle not same.

First round it start with bear, tiger, deer, bird, monkey.

Second round it start with bird, monkey, deer,tiger, bear.

After finish, sweat alot and tiring.

I being continue practice the SOP daily..not much as it still same..

Been not quite doing well after my this CNY..dunno wat happening..work having problem..body not feeling well…like things going downward..
