First time do the Wu Qin Xi, seen interesting plus very tiring. After going back, body aching. It seen i been long time never do exercise.

Did  Wu Qin Xi x2. today.. The cycle not same.

First round it start with bear, tiger, deer, bird, monkey.

Second round it start with bird, monkey, deer,tiger, bear.

After finish, sweat alot and tiring.
