was feeling whole body vibrate abit while doing GYFM..firstly feel the vibration after tat feel the pressure on my crown, 3rd eyes and heart chakra..later my hand start to shake abit..never hit on this b4…first time…

wow…it being so long din update my blog..is rather lazy to update..but i still did my homework..try to update everyday…
those few day when doing GYFM..my heart chakra feel quite much of the pressure n link to the third eyes chakra…feel like it trying to open it up my heart chakra…

Did healing for Valerie..i dunno doing healing is so siong..overall still gd to heal ppl n it help them…
Finish healing session…today class were doing SOP n GYFM..aftertat M.R ask me to slowly stand to do DG while healing..its very difficult to do DG n heal ppl..cant feel much on it..dun feel so smooth when doing DG n healing together…if i feel of doing DG..it wun go for healing stage..if i feel of healing stage..the DG disappear…really need to workout more on this…

Did 静坐…feel my hand got energy..crown got pressure…3rd eye feel very hard pressure…while working today…my 3rd eyes feel much pressure awhile..then normal again…

In class..while doing GYFM..I feel lot of energy on my hand…crown and 3rd eyes chakra got pressure..the 3rd eyes feel the most lot pressure..
When doing DG in class..i can feel much smoothly from the movement..and my movement keep going to Valerie back..stay there for quite sometime..dunno y oso…

Today do GYFM and DG in class…din see any image..just purely sitted..feel my body wanna turn to the right but i resist it…while doing DG…can feel much better then b4…feel the motion fast n slow…

While doing 5 dragon in class, cant really visualize he red marble and the dragon well but can feel there something inside my stomach moving..
Did 静坐 after at nite..cant feel much things..after awhile, just feel tat everything is empty while doing 静坐..
Nxt morning..while i wakeup..my right kneel feel very painful..din hit on anything..dunno y pain..when i touch my kneel din feel any pain..while i liftup my right leg it will feel the pain…pain the whole day til nite…
